Great team & great experience from initial contact through our on-site shred day. Chris in the office patiently answered all our questions, and the truck arrived exactly as scheduled.
On the shred day, Ed & Caiden were top-notch facilitators. They phoned in advance to confirm an ETA. They were very efficient and professional, and managed our large load with ease.

Trevor and Alex did an amazing job on over 50+ boxes that we needed shredded today. I was beyond thrilled with their professionalism, how quickly they got the job done, and their kindness in making sure I was okay before they left. Trevor & Alex arrived at our office for the purpose of shredding our old documents. They called 30 minutes before their arrival which is what we were told they would do. I work in a medical office where Titan takes care of our shredding. Today we had Chris come in and pick up the things that needed to be shredded, I'm fairly new so I was told we just call, so I was a little confused when he came in. However, he was very polite and even brought back a sticker with the companies info and all the details we might need since we just had a post it with number taped to the box. I found out about Titan Shredding while at the bank. They pulled up and did some shredding for the bank. I got their phone number off the side of their truck and gave them a call one day. Chris showed up during the scheduled time. He wheeled my 2 recycling bins out to the the truck and shredded everything right on the spot. You can see the video monitor and see all your stuff getting dumped into the hopper and shredded completely. Easiest and best service ever! I will continue to use them, the convenience alone is worth it! Chris the driver was very nice, polite and professional.
Please note not all 95 gallon recycling totes will work with their truck. Some are too wide. We found out the hard way and had to move some papers into their slimmer and taller 95 gallon tote. The more common 65 gallon recycling sized totes will be no problem!

I'm writing to provide an updated review of the excellent service we've received from Titan over the past year or two, with a special mention of Albert, whom I had the pleasure of meeting today, and Brendan, who has been consistently servicing our office.
As always, Titan's team is professional and courteous, ensuring all steps are confirmed with us before accessing our building and handling any materials. We truly appreciate that you often go the extra mile to assist with any issues related to our bins, including overfilled ones, or when we simply need some extra attention. The individuals we've worked with have consistently been exceptional.
Today, I met Albert, and I was immediately impressed by his professional demeanor and his willingness to help and resolve any concerns. He took the time to confirm the bin numbers and asked if I needed anything further or had any updates. He even offered his assistance with a key issue I was experiencing with one of the bins. Albert introduced himself as a long-term member of the company and clearly explained the purpose of his visit, proceeding with efficiency. His welcoming attitude was sincerely appreciated, and we look forward to his continued support, along with the rest of the team, during the upcoming pickups this month.
Brendan has been a familiar face at our office for quite some time, and his consistent professionalism is commendable. He even shared a good sense of humor during his visit today! Brendan is knowledgeable about our office and always does a fantastic job. We appreciate his patience, punctuality, and his thoroughness in confirming everything. I was very impressed with Titan Mobile Shredding. The driver, Albert, called us when he was on the way to our house, greeted us and explained the process, asked if we had any questions, and invited us to watch the shredding process. He was very friendly and professional. I also received an email after the shredding that guaranteed that our documents were shredded. Albert was at our company today for removal of nine pallets of material to be shredded. He was AMAZING!! Professional, helpful, and a very nice young man on top of everything else. The weather when he came was cold and windy, but he shrugged that off and did such a fine job. We intend to use Titan in the future, and we will be requesting Albert to come back.

Scheduling the shredding session with Kendal was easy and accommodating. I work from home and had a lot of documents that needed shredding. Bill was at my residence at a good time, he was quick but thorough. I am pleased with the whole experience. Will definitely be calling again for a residential pick up.
