Congratulations! When selecting TITAN Mobile Shredding, you partner with a service provider with NAID AAA Certification. NAID AAA is recognized by regulatory organizations as the premier standard for integrity, security and compliance.
Audit Quality
All NAID AAA certified service providers are subject to regularly scheduled, onsite audits independent Certified Protection Professionals (CPP). In addition, random, unannounced audits are conducted to verify standards of operation and security.
Regulatory Alignment
TITAN is required to have written policies and procedures to ensure incident response preparedness, breach notification, employee training and regulatory compliance.
Security Specifications
Auditors review employee background screening and training, compliance with written procedures, access controls, operational security, destruction equipment, and confidentiality agreements.
Audit Report
A TITAN customer may request an audit report to monitor our certification and to ensure we meet the regulatory risk assessment requirements.
Compliance Monitoring
A TITAN customer may monitor compliance by subscribing to email notifications of our certification renewal, audit or lapse. This is a no cost serviced provided by NAID AAA.
Oversight
The Certification Review Board and the Certification Rules Committee oversee the program’s integrity, both of which contain industry veterans and accredited professionals.
Program Acceptance
More than 1,000 operations on five continents are certified by NAID AAA for secure destruction of paper records, non-paper media and hard drives. NAID AAA Certification is required by hundreds of government agencies and thousands of private contracts.
Program Recognition
NAID AAA Certification is preferred by accreditation and certification programs, such as those offered by the Institute of Certified Records Managers, the International Association of IT Managers and Sustainable Electronic Recycling Institute.
